Project abstract

The project is focused on the development of a new generation of equipment for modelling technological processes, which allows to accelerate and refine the development and optimization of technological processes for treatment of metals and their alloys with the support of Industry 4.0 tools. Based on digital data obtained from operation, the device can model treat a small amount of material in the same way as in the process, whereas it temperature and deformation influences the development of structure and properties. Subsequent analysis can describe and optimize such a process.

Most current production technologies are characterized by a high degree of optimization, which means that the process is functional at very narrow intervals of operating parameters. For this reason, production facilities are usually very complex in order to implement the production, and also investment-intensive, and in order to achieve the highest possible efficiency, they must also run at the highest possible performance.

Thanks to the implementation of the project, a new simulator with high dynamics and accuracy will be developed, which can cover a wider range of technological processes and, in addition, will also refine the entire modelling process.
