The Electrotechnical Laboratory (ETL) – Accredited Testing Laboratory No. 1090 offers a range of certification and pre-certification tests in electrical engineering. For the vast majority of these tests, ETL is accredited by the Czech Accreditation Institute according to the ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard. ETL possesses the necessary specialized equipment to perform these tests.

Equipment

The EMC Laboratory provides certification and pre-certification EMC measurements of electrical systems according to current standards, alongside consulting and expert services in EMC. The laboratory can measure device electromagnetic emissions from 9 kHz to 6 GHz and test electromagnetic immunity across a range of standardized tests. ETL certification test reports can be used as evidence of conformity under Act No. 22/1997 Coll. as well as for CE mark application. Many of the tests can also be performed directly on-site at the customer's facility.
